TUESDAY

Asparagus soup served with crispbread.

Wallenbergare served with potato puree, gravy, green peas and lingonberries.

Calvadosapples served with nuts and chocholate cream.

WEDNESDAY

Crayfish skagen (mixture) on rye bread from Eskelunds bakery.

Gotlandic beef steak from Ejmunds farm served with fried onoin and sauce.

Raspberry mousse with mint and crushed chocholate.
THURSDAY

Fish soup served with garlic croutons and aioli.

Lamb hamburger served with owenbaked root vegetables and cream sauce.

Saffron pancake with whipped cream and dewberries.

FRIDAY

Truffle marinated crown hearts on a bed of tomato and ruccola salad.

Schnitzel with tomato and basil béarnaise served with fried potato.

Elderberry mousse with crispy biscuit and fresh berries.

Beetroot gratin with Stafva cheese Covré topped with walnuts and honey.

Gubbröra (herring mixture) served on sourdough bread from Labans mill in Öja.

Bacon and salvia filled chicken with herb risotto and reduction on balsamico.
